Flat Roofing - 5 Steps To Success
Five Steps to Flat Roofing Perfection
High-tech PVC membranes are engineered to form a stable
waterproof covering, its performance is unaffected by
expansion and contraction, fully protected against
damaging solar rays and the very worst of British
weather.
A titanium dioxide top layer provides optimum UV
resistance and is solar reflective, never requiring any
type of covering-i.e stone chippings, solar paint or any
other type of protective coating. A unique surface
lacquer provides an easy to clean surface which is
maintenance free and resistant to any air Bourne
chemicals including unsightly moss and algae growth.
High-tech membranes are vapour permeable making it 100%
resistant to blistering and as it is a breathable
product it will eliminate the risk of condensation.
To achieve a great flat roof we swear by the following
five steps:
- STEP 1 - The waterproof Titanium Dioxide top layer of your flat roof.
- STEP 2 - Securing of the high tech membranes over a separation fleece barrier.
- STEP 3 - Lap joints welded and waterproofing of roofing fixtures.
- STEP 4 - Steel reinforced details, unique seal, waterproof wall joint, and prime-sealed up stands.
- STEP 5 - Metal trims coated in PVC roof membrane for a watertight, storm resistant, leak proof roof.
